Come as you are… and exhale.

Welcome to a place of human meeting ..a warm space for stories, curiosity,

self-expression and meaningful connection.

A year-round space offering creative, reflective and experiential workshops that explore stories, life transitions

and the changing rhythms of life.

vision

My intention is for people entering the House of Stories and Expression to experience a soft landing — an exhale, dropped shoulders, and a sense that they do not have to perform or carry everything alone here.

This is a space for curiosity, creativity, reflection, and reconnecting gently with self and others.

Every programme combines:

• Integrative Life Coaching tools

• Elements of Art Therapy

• Mindfulness practices

• Gentle accessible movement

• Creative exploration and self-expression

• Reflective practice and meaningful connection

Through stories, expression, movement, and shared human

experience, my hope is that people feel safe enough to slow down, become more present, and return to themselves in a way that feels grounded, meaningful, and alive.

step inside

People come to House of Stories & Expression for many different reasons...

Some arrive at a crossroads in life, feeling uncertain about what comes next. Others find themselves repeating familiar patterns, struggling to make sense of difficult emotions, relationships or life transitions.

Many are simply looking for space to pause, reflect and reconnect with parts of themselves that have been pushed aside by the demands of everyday life.

Some come seeking greater confidence, clarity or direction. Others want to understand themselves better, strengthen their relationships, explore their creativity or make sense of experiences that are difficult to put into words.

Many are curious about personal growth and are looking for a meaningful way to explore it.

We all carry stories.

Some are visible and easy to share. Some stay quietly in the background. Some are waiting to be explored, expressed, embraced or understood differently.

We all carry different rooms within ourselves.

Some are bright and open. Some hold memories. Some are places of rest. Some hold creativity, questions or possibilities. Some are private.

Just as a house needs care, warmth, fresh air and attention, we also need spaces where we can slow down and reconnect with ourselves and others.

The House is not about creating perfect versions of ourselves.

It is about creating space for curiosity, honesty, exploration, expression and connection.

No artistic experience is needed.

Only curiosity.

Stories shape identity.

Expression creates agency.

Choice creates movement.

THE SEASONAL ROOMS

seasons and rhythms

Throughout the year, the House opens a series of Seasonal Rooms, each inspired by the rhythms of the seasons

and the journeys we experience within ourselves.

Each room offers a unique theme and atmosphere, inviting participants to slow down, reconnect and explore at their own pace. Through stories, creativity, reflection, meaningful conversation and shared experiences, we create space for insight, connection and growth.

At House of Stories & Expression, we recognise that life unfolds in seasons.

Some seasons call us to grow, some to rest, some to let go, and others to begin again.

House of Stories & Expression was born from my own experience of discovering how creativity, images, metaphor and reflective practice can help us understand ourselves in ways that words alone sometimes cannot. The methods and approaches I share are not only part of my professional training—they are tools I continue to use in my own personal and professional development. This allows me to guide others with both knowledge and lived experience.

Participants often leave with greater self-awareness, a deeper understanding of recurring patterns, fresh perspectives on challenges and life transitions, increased confidence in their own voice and decision-making,

and practical insights they can bring into everyday life.

Many discover strengths, possibilities and connections that had previously gone unnoticed,

along with a renewed sense of curiosity, creativity and hope for what comes next.

House of Stories & Expression may be for you if you feel that something in your life is asking for attention.

Perhaps you are standing at a crossroads, navigating a change, questioning what comes next,

or feeling that the way things have always been is no longer quite enough.

Perhaps you find yourself repeating familiar patterns, struggling to make certain decisions,

losing confidence in your own voice, or putting everyone else’s needs before your own.

Or perhaps nothing is particularly wrong, but there is a quiet sense that there is more to discover,

understand or explore about yourself and the life you want to create.

You do not need to be artistic, creative or have any previous experience.

You only need a willingness to be curious, to reflect, and to give yourself permission to pause for a while

and listen to what might be emerging beneath the noise of everyday life.

Together, the Seasonal Rooms offer a space to honour where we are, and gently explore where life may be inviting us next.

The Story of the House

The image at the heart of House of Stories & Expression was chosen with intention.

The house is made from clay, a material that has accompanied humanity for thousands of years. Clay reminds us of our connection to the earth, creativity, transformation and the possibility of shaping something new from what already exists.

Beneath the house are roots. While much of life focuses on what can be seen above the surface, roots remind us that growth begins beneath. They represent our stories, experiences, relationships and inner foundations — the unseen parts of ourselves that nourish who we are becoming.

The plants surrounding the house reflect the rhythms of nature and the seasons of life. Just as plants grow, rest, change and begin again, we too move through different seasons, transitions and stages of growth.

At the top of the house, a small sprout emerges from the chimney. It symbolises hope, possibility and new beginnings. Even when we feel settled or established, there is always room for growth, creativity and renewal.

The house itself represents a place of belonging — a welcoming space where stories can be shared, creativity can flourish and people can gather in meaningful ways.

Together, these elements reflect the vision of House of Stories & Expression: a place that honours our roots, supports growth and creates space for people to explore the many stories they carry within them.

Where stories are heard and every voice belongs.
