CREATIVE APPROACHES TO EMOTIONAL WELLBEING, REGULATION,
BELONGING AND PERSONAL GROWTH.
INTEGRATIVE LIFE COACHING, MINDFULNESS
& ART THERAPY
Creative rehabilitation supports people to reconnect with themselves through creativity, embodiment, sensory experience, emotional expression, and relational connection following periods of stress, overwhelm, disconnection, burnout, or life transition.
.
I specialize in integrating mindfulness, clay work, expressive arts, movement in ways that are accessible, non-judgmental, and trauma-aware.
My work is rooted in humanity and beliefs that meaningful change begins when we feel safe enough to simply be and that everyone deserves space to discover their own voice, agency, and way of being in the world.

I am particularly passionate about clay therapy and its unique ability to support emotional expression, grounding, embodiment, and self-discovery through touch and creative process. Working with clay offers a deeply sensory and non-verbal way for people to explore emotions, release tension, build confidence, and connect with themselves in a gentle and accessible way. I am especially interested in how clay can support wellbeing, nervous system regulation, identity, belonging, and personal growth within safe and non-judgemental therapeutic spaces.

'Kasia thank you so much, I learned so much about myself and my values and what belonging etc means to me !!!
I decided to take part in the programme because I love art and I’ve been finding life difficult and thought it would be good and it was recommended to me.
If definitely exceeded my expectations. I thought it was brilliant and i surprised myself by how much I enjoyed it and how much I got from it. I felt so supported and I benefited and learned so much.
I gained so much, I gained a lot of insight into myself and how to enjoy things more.
I 100% would recommend this programme to anyone.
Kasia is amazing, so supportive so fun and so kind and caring and supports everyone in the group.
I thought everything about the group was brilliant, I would love to do more workshops or sessions with you 100%, I really gained so much and my parents have even noticed a difference in my thought process around relationships etc.'

'The completed program was completely different; it didn’t resemble the previous ones.
For me, it was another great opportunity to discover myself on deeper levels.
I really liked the program. The topics were worth pausing for and looking at from my own perspective.
I recommend it to anyone who is ready to work on themselves, and if there is an opportunity to join more workshops with Kasia (even on the same topic), I will definitely join.
Thank you for the time we spent together.'

'I wanted to push myself to be in a group setting and get more confidence with both meeting people and talking out loud and to ease my anxiety.
I loved the clay and being creative, listening to other people's stories and struggles.
I would strongly recommend this program to people as I got so much out of it, relief from stress, beautiful atmosphere and music and Kasia's voice, it felt like therapy would definitely do it again xxx'

'I would love to work with you again. I really learned so much from You and the way you did things.
Your knowledge, guidance and direction was really excellent. I always loved using my hands. But never realised what way it could help me deal with emotional, physical and mental health issues & all of life's mixed bag of ups and downs. It was inspirational Kasia & the music you had on in the background was so so beautiful. I loved it. Thank You so much.
Kind Regards'

'I took part in the program cause I like the way you work and missed the Tuesday sessions in Ennis.
It completely met my expectations. What surprised me was that I enjoyed all the different media we used.
I gained more understanding of my experience of belonging and self compassion. A need to slow down!
I absolutely would recommend.
Kasia I feel you hold a very safe non judgemental space. You are really present and grounded as a therapist and facilitator .'

‘ I decided to take part in this program to start enjoying myself again.
The support you get from the group is amazing. Sharing experiences and getting inspiration from our self growth was what stood out about the program.
I have gained more self-confidence and self-worth. My family gained much calmer and open minded mother and partner.
I’m coming home happier and excited.
Individual sessions helped me learn so much on how to take life on. Improved self belief and self-worth, how to feel happy and calm.
I would recommend this program to a friend so they could see for themselves the difference we can make by self reflecting‘
