Workplace Wellbeing, Reflection & Creative Facilitation

Every workplace is built around people.

When people have the opportunity to pause, reflect, connect and recharge,

they are better able to communicate, collaborate and meet the challenges of everyday work.

I offer bespoke wellbeing workshops for organisations, community services, healthcare settings, schools, charities and businesses, combining creativity, reflective practice, mindfulness and experiential learning in a way that is engaging, practical and meaningful.

Rather than focusing on artistic ability, my workshops use creative and sensory-based approaches to encourage reflection, strengthen communication, reduce stress and create space for fresh perspectives.

Creative expression becomes a gentle way of exploring ideas, building self-awareness and encouraging meaningful conversations within teams.

Each workshop is designed around the unique needs of your organisation and can be adapted for different group sizes, settings and objectives.

ARTS EXPRESSION & LIFE COACHING

Through art, creativity, and embodied reflection, I offer warm and non-judgemental spaces where women can explore themselves at their own pace — without pressure to have the right words or answers.

My work is rooted in humanity, connection, agency, and the belief that meaningful change begins when we feel safe enough to simply be and the belief that everyone deserves space to discover their own voice, agency, and way of being in the world.

Using clay, creative expression, and relational practice, I support people to reconnect with themselves, discover what is forming beneath the surface, and allow identity, belonging, and self-expression to emerge over time.

I welcome you to a space where our differences are celebrated. I invite you to join me for an extraordinary journey into ourselves.

This is a very special journey, because we will visit places 'near and far' within us.

I care deeply about community and authentic connection, and I’m always excited to learn new skills, explore different techniques, and share them with others in ways that feel fun, grounding, empowering, and meaningful.

how does it work?

None of the techniques used during the program, require prior experience or specific skills.

We'll learn everything together and together we'll create our own version of expression,

aligned with our unique needs.
