Workplace Wellbeing, Reflection & Creative Facilitation

Every workplace is built around people.

When people have the opportunity to pause, reflect, connect and recharge,

they are better able to communicate, collaborate and meet the challenges of everyday work.

I offer bespoke wellbeing workshops for organisations, community services, healthcare settings, schools, charities and businesses, combining creativity, reflective practice, mindfulness and experiential learning in a way that is engaging, practical and meaningful.

Rather than focusing on artistic ability, my workshops use creative and sensory-based approaches to encourage reflection, strengthen communication, support stress awareness and regulation, and create space for fresh perspectives.

Creative expression becomes a gentle way of exploring ideas, building self-awareness and encouraging meaningful conversations within teams.

Each workshop is designed around the unique needs of your organisation and can be adapted for different group sizes, settings and objectives.

Workshops may include:

• Workplace wellbeing and self-care

• Stress awareness and resilience

• Mindfulness and grounding practices

• Creative reflection and expressive exercises

• Team connection and communication

• Symbolic and metaphor-based activities

• Creativity for problem solving and fresh thinking

What participants can expect:

Every workshop is practical, engaging and thoughtfully facilitated.

Participants are invited to slow down, reflect, connect with themselves and one another, and leave

with practical insights they can carry into both their personal and professional lives.

Workshops can be delivered as:

• Two-hour interactive workshops

• Half-day programmes

• Full-day wellbeing events

• Bespoke formats can also be designed around the needs of your organisation

Each programme is tailored to the needs, goals and values of your organisation.

If you would like to discuss a workshop or explore how we could work together, I would be delighted to hear from you.

I have been collaborating with Shannon Family Resource Centres, Corlan, National Learning Network, CLDC and Roma Community, Clare Traveller CDP, Bushypark Recovery Centre, Children in refugee homes, Clarecare Day Centres, CBS Summer Provision Program, Ennis Voices for Autism, St. Anne's PS and other community wellbeing organisations, women’s groups, and a variety of community-based programmes across Ireland.

how does it work?

No previous artistic, movement or creative experience is required. Activities are introduced gradually and can be adapted to different bodies, abilities and levels of comfort.

Participants are encouraged to find their own way of taking part rather than trying to get anything ‘right’.
