Sometimes the universe will present you with an opportunity, that can potentially change you and your life… it’s important to take this chance …even if your voice shakes.

I was invited to speak at the ‘Connected and Connecting with Clay’ conference in Madingley Hall in Cambridge, by my lecturer and mentor, the legend Dr. Lynne Souter-Anderson.

I was very aware of the significance and honor of the moment, presenting in front of a room filled with leading experts, and students in the field of creative therapy, especially interested in using clay as a therapeutic medium.

As I shared my experiences and the ideas that have shaped my journey, I felt a deep sense of gratitude and connection—both to the work itself and to the people who have dedicated their lives to it.

It was meaningful and touching contributing my voice to such an informed and passionate community.

I felt privileged to be there, humbled by the knowledge and insight surrounding me, and quietly proud of the path that brought me to that stage.

I left feeling inspired and energized by the exchange of ideas and shared commitment to CLAY, THE PRIMA MATERIA, the medium for healing and transformation.

Sometimes life quietly opens a door we didn’t expect, and the hardest part isn’t noticing it—it’s choosing to walk through. We say yes even with a racing heart, even when our voice shakes and doubt lingers at the edges, trusting that the timing of life and people surrounding us, know better than our fears do.

I held fear in one hand and courage in other. I did it!

Courage isn’t about feeling ready, rather about moving forward anyway.

WHAT A WEEKEND!

Il treasure it forever!

Thank you to Dr. Lynne Souter- Anderson for sharing her wisdom.

Thank you to all clay and creative therapy community for making therapy possible and accessible for everyone.
